We are a Consultancy focussed on delivering training and continuing professional developmental packages for the health and social care professions. WesTia Social Care Ltd also has a separate branch which focusses on mentoring and supporting young adults achieve independent living.

The brand name WesTia is devised from the names of two very special young people who benefitted from the support of members, breathing life into the mission of the organisation; ‘to improve quality of life for young people through enhanced training and support for those professionals providing care for young people worldwide.’

Our full package of the Practice Mentoring Course is accredited by UK CPD service, which is a reputable organisation for professional development courses.

The organisation’s flagship course is the Practice Mentoring Course which is delivered online to enable easy access. You will benefit from online support if you encounter any issues, but the modules are designed for you to access in your own time and convenience.
